Cervical spine fracture with leg paralysis, following a diving accident

A diving accident left this 30-year-old patient with a cervical spine fracture and paralysis in both legs. Cervical-thoracic fixation surgery aimed to stabilise the spine and give the spinal cord the best possible chance of recovery.
